The term “Agile project management” isn’t limited to one approach or practice. Kanban, Scrum, and XP can all be included under the Agile project management . Agile project management is an iterative approach to delivering a project throughout its life cycle.
Objectives
- Apply Lean-Agile principles and mindful practices within the context of the project team and the larger organization.
- Originate and evolve iterative release plans, from concept to cash, based on rapid delivery of business value, using stakeholder collaboration.
- Defining and managing the value stream
- Creating visibility both to and from the team
Prerequisites
General familiarity with tradition or agile project management principles helpful.
Target Audience
Project Support Managers and Team members intending to deliver Agile projects in a traditional environment.
